I became acquainted with grief when my son, Josiah, passed away moments before he was born. On my journey, I’ve realized that grief is painfully taboo. We don’t talk about grief so we are ill-equipped to handle it when it comes for us or someone we love. I help people gain confidence in sharing their sorrow and handling other’s vulnerability.
